Let's play BALL!!!!!!!!!

Isaac has been very interested in learning knew sports lately. He has gotten very good at soccer, practicing everyday after school in the goal he got for his birthday. He has asked me to teach him to play volleyball which has thrilled me, saying "I learned all about it in school mommy!" The boys across the street love baseball. They are both in a league and are practicing constantly in their front yard. At first Isaac wanted to play with them but would lose interest when it became too difficult or to involved. Well we have come full circle. Today he came in with his bat, ball, and protective gear and said "mommy I am going to go practice playing baseball." I turned and had to try not to laugh. "It looks like you are all set sweetie." "Yup, I even have my goggles to protect my eyes from the ball." and off he marched to practice. This evening we all went out and played baseball together. Needless to say Isaac hit the ball much better without the goggles. I told him I would wear them for him. He liked that.

 I told him to smile and these were what I got. I hope that isn't an omen for our family pictures we are taking soon. Maybe it's his game face?

Notice the boxers making an appearance. He loves them but was having trouble keeping his pants up. I told him not to worry, when I was in high school that was the style. Our neighbor confirmed that it was still the style. I am shuddering as a write!
