Why did the chicken....

The boys have hit the joke telling faze.

Isaac- "mommy why was the elephant in the boy?"
Me- "I don't know Isaac why?"
Isaac- "BECAUSE...... he ate him!!!"
insert boisterous laughter from Isaac and snickers from Micah.

Micah- "Mommy why did the chicken walk?"
Me- "I don't know Micah why did the chicken walk?"
Micah- "ACAUSE....... djkld wseior skldjflk hekjljre!!!!!"
(Translation of which his mother can't even give you)
Insert ridiculous amounts of laughter from both children.


This is what Ben and I hear for about an hour after we put them down to bed as well. Then Isaac will pass out and we hear Micah entertaining himself with songs, dialogue, and general insaneness for about another hour. I love that they are so easily entertained, I just wish I was in on all the inside jokes they seem to have.
